Elizabeth qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 after gaining an Honours degree in Law and Accountancy and completing her Legal Practice Course with Commendation at the College of law in York.
She spent 7 years at Wood Sherwood in Pocklington where she was a partner specialising in Family Law and Civil Litigation before moving to the Family Department at Hethertons in York. She joined Coles in 2011 and became Head of the Family Department before stepping down in to pursue her own business interests in 2018.
As well as undertaking all aspects of Family Law work, Elizabeth is also a qualified Collaborative Family Lawyer.
Elizabeth is a member of The Law Society, Resolution and is also a trained champion for IDAS (Independent Domestic Abuse Service).
